Shaping the Academic Landscape of the Asian Century!
UDP launches Taiwan and Asia’s Select HSS Journals—a curated collection of 400 rare and distinctive titles from 15 Asian and 5 Western countries—resources often absent from major international content platforms and otherwise scattered across OA or institutional sites, sometimes available only through local or limited circulation, making them especially rare and valuable for global research.
From rare sources in Brunei, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Pakistan, to perspectives from Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and India—the database unites the most diverse voices in Asian Studies, bridging local depth with global breadth and supporting comparative, transnational, and cross-disciplinary research.
TAC also offers exclusive AI multilingual search and translation—supporting precise discovery with original or translated keywords in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, and French, as well as native-language search across each article’s original languages (e.g., Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese, Ukrainian).
